Mr Hall is an experienced executive with over 30 years of experience in the energy sector across the full value chain and asset lifecycle. Prior to joining Hexagon Mr Hall spent 28 years with Woodside Energy before founding an independent business advisory firm to provide strategic and commercial support to the energy sector. At Woodside Mr Hall held roles including Vice President Strategy Power & New Markets, Vice President Strategic Planning, and Vice President North West Shelf Development. Through these roles he developed broad leadership experience and expertise in setting corporate strategy, new business development, commercial structuring, negotiations, project development and delivery, and stakeholder management.
Mr Whitfield is the Principal Investment Officer at Drumrock Capital, an investment firm providing capital and advisory services to start-up and early round companies. He has undertaken board and supporting roles in several companies in the specialty resource and new energy space. He was formerly a Managing Director with Citigroup where he held the position of head of the corporate equity solutions group (Asia Pacific). Prior to this, he worked for Deutsche Bank where he was head of the strategic equity transactions group (Asia Pacific). Mr. Whitfield received his Masters in Business Administration (majoring in Finance and Strategy) from Columbia Business School (New York) in 1998 and his Bachelor of Economics from The University of Exeter (U.K).
Mr Plowright has extensive experience in the resource sector, having a background in mining law and administration, as well as regulatory process and mine development. Mr Plowright has held board and senior management positions in both Australia and South Korea.
Mr Kirk is Executive Vice-President – Head of LNG Business for B.Grimm Public Power Company in Bangkok. Prior to this appointment he worked in the Hydrogen industry for three years, establishing Green Hydrogen Asia in Malaysia to transition the heavy vehicle market from diesel to renewable Hydrogen. During this time he also provided commercial and strategic advice to Hexagon on the company’s Hydrogen strategy and projects. Mr Kirk worked for Woodside for 17 years developing their corporate LNG Strategies in Perth and the UAE.
Mr Kin has a wealth of experience in the energy sector and a specific background in project financing. His career has spanned stockbroking, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets, equity capital markets and oil, gas and energy research in roles including Lead WA LNG Asset Economist at Shell, Head of Oil and Gas Research at Royal Bank of Scotland, Senior Investment Relations Advisor at Oil Search, and Director of Corporate Finance at Baillieu Holst. While with Shell Mr Kin worked on both offshore and onshore exploration projects, the development of conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon projects, and commercial projects including assisting the Gorgon LNG team to Final Investment Decision. His most recent role is as Director at BurnVoir Corporate Finance, a boutique firm specialising in debt and equity capital markets.
Ian Gregory, BBus, FGIA, FCG, MAICD, is a professionally well-connected Director and Company Secretary with over 30 years’ experience in the provision of company secretarial, governance and business administration services in a variety of industries, including exploration, mining, mineral processing, oil and gas, banking and insurance. Mr Gregory currently consults on company secretarial and governance matters to a number of listed and unlisted companies. He is a past Chairman of the Western Australian Branch Council of Governance Institute of Australia and has served on the National Council of GIA.
